Tom was auditor for international listed companies before becoming CFO and later CEO at Lumipol Group, where he helped grow the group from 3 companies and €25M to 15 companies and nearly €200M in revenue, both organically and through acquisitions like Avular, FireLion Global, Xeamos and ELEO. Being an entrepreneur for over 10 years, founders see Tom as an ideal sparring partner who has actually sat in the seat: building financial structure, preparing for the next funding round, and thinking through buy-and-build or exit scenarios.
Edwin has a financial background and over 16 years of experience as CFO at Lumipol and in the audit practice, where he spent 12.5 years at EY (working with clients as Philips, Canon, Thales and the Danaher group). At EY he was also involved in M&A processes and coached high-tech start-ups through the HighTechXL accelerator, so he understands both the boardroom view and the founder reality. Founders can lean on him for sparring about financial reporting that actually scales, getting investor-ready, and navigating M&A processes from term sheet to closing.
Freek is an entrepreneur and co-founded multiple companies including ViriCiti. He led and grew ViriCiti as CEO within 9 years to 70 FTE across Amsterdam, Greenville (SC) and Irvine (CA), reaching €8M ARR with 100% YoY growth before selling to NYSE-listed ChargePoint in 2021. He's been through the full journey founders are on right now: raising Seed and Series A, building a team across continents, finding product-market fit in hardware-meets-software, and ultimately running an international acquisition process. He helps portfolio founders with (go-to-market) strategy, international expansion, fundraising prep and the operational execution.
Lars has been an attorney-at-law since 2012, specializing in M&A and commercial contracts. For founders that means a legal partner who thinks strategically: structuring deals so they hold up under pressure, spotting risks in term sheets and partnership agreements before they become (costly) mistakes, and leading the legal workstream of an acquisition or exit. He's the person founders bring in early, so the legal foundation is ready when growth, investors or buyers start moving fast.
Sven has more than 12 years of experience as COO and senior management roles at industrial OEMs and trading companies, and is co-responsible for growing Lumipol Group from 3 companies and €25M to 15 companies and €200M in revenue. He's done the work most founders are about to face: building leadership teams, professionalizing operations through every growth stage, and opening commercial doors in the industrial world. Founders use him as an operating partner for hiring senior talent, structuring the organization for scale, and turning early traction into a repeatable, sellable business.
